The script made his girlfriend seem as though she does not care and that she had distanced herself from Jean-do whereas in the book, the girlfriend always visited and cared for him but the mother of his child didn’t. This is not fair for the girlfriend as she was there for him all the time and the script made it look like she wasn’t. Jean-do is shown to always be around his kids in the script but in the book it didn’t really mention him being with his kids. This is mainly to get the audience feeling sympathetic towards him and feel sorry for his condition and the things he went through. Bauby says little about the difficulties with communicating with people when wanting to spell words where as in the film, this is the main structure (Jean-do figuring out the letters he wants to use and building his relationship with the nurses). The relationship between Jean-do and his father in the film is more emotional than the book, which comes to a few pages of sad reminiscing about shaving ...

The production company for Black Panther is Marvel productions. The casting is mostly Black individuals. Some of the cast include, Chadwick Boseman (who plays the main character Black Panther) who was paid $5 million, Michael B. Jordan (who plays Erik Killmonger), Lupita Nyong'o (who plays Nakia) and many more other actors. The film explores what it means to be black, the main character is a black superhero, most of the cast are black, and the director is also black. This doesn’t only show the unity of black excellence, but shows how popular the movie is amongst the population, as the movie is on its way to becoming a large blockbuster; in fact one of Marvel's biggest blockbusters of all time. The production budget for the whole film was $200million dollars and this did not include advertising and marketing. This included detailed props such as “There are spaceships, superconductors, and skyscrapers in the country; the beautiful costumes are rich in detail”. The budget was als...
